Qilu Special Steel Co., Ltd. , built in 1986, covers 450,000 square meters, specializes in manufacturing special steel forging products with high quality. Our main production equipment are two 20MT and 50MT ultrahigh power electric furnaces, one 30MT LF fining furnace, one 30MT VD fining furnace, four 1-10MT electroslag furnaces, three 5MT electro-hydraulic hammers, one 8MN,one 16MN,one 20MT and one 45MN fast forging machines. Our testing equipment mainly includes large direct reading spectrographs from Switzerland and flaw detectors.

Process: EAF+LF+VOD+Forged+Heat Treatment(optional)

We mainly manufacture more than 300 kinds of forging products, such as alloy structural steel, alloy tool steel, carbon structural steel, carbon tool steel, bearing steel, roller steel, non-corrosive steel, refractory steel, spring steel and hardenability structural steel with dia. of 80-1200mm. Now,we can assure UT from dia. 80mm to 600mm,later we can assure dia.80mm-800mm.the UT criterion as GB/T,ASTM,ISO,SEP1921-3-C/C,JIS and other standard.
